I am a retired Navy veteran with a passion for serving and developing others by providing them with resources and insight that inspire self-awareness, clarity, and confidence. Empowering Concepts was born from years of training, developed skills, leadership experience, career counseling, educational services support, and team development. It was not until the end of my career that I discovered some invaluable information about myself that equipped me with a profound sense of direction, purpose, and vision.

I was blessed with gifts that drive me to elevate others with courage, confidence, and empowerment. As a coach, I want clients to know themselves on a foundational level. I want them to take ownership in their identity, and invest in what makes them exceptional. Knowledge is a powerful device. Deep self-knowledge – awareness of your God-given talents – allows you to access and live in the purpose and potential you were always meant to achieve. We were never meant to be like anybody else. Imitation may be a form of flattery, but there is a grander prize in authenticity. I want others to feel proud and blessed by their own remarkable qualities.
